Nepal Hindu Pilgrimage tour

Nepal is the country of Pashupatinath and Muktinath Temples. These are two of four DHAMS, important in Hinduism. It is believed that once been to these places, the wish of one is fulfilled. While people are said to get rid of the evil part of their life once they have been to Muktinath, Pashupatinath Temple is greatest Hindu temple in India and Nepal. You will be able to visit both the temples in this tour itinerary.

Day 01: Arrival to Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel in Kathmandu.
Arrival at the Tribhuwan International airport, pick up by office representatives and transfer to the hotel in Thamel. Thamel is around 13 kms from the international airport and it takes around 20 minutes to drive from the airport to thamel. IF there is no traffic jam (which often is there inside Kathmandu) , it will be even faster to reach thamel.

 

Day 02: Sightseeing the Pashupatinath Temple early in the morning, visit around and free time.
It takes around 20 minutes to drive from the city center to Pashupatinath Temple. Pashupatinath Temple is considered to be one of the greatest temples in India and Nepal. Darshan of Lord Shiva and you will have free time to visit other places inside Kathmandu. There is a very big MELA in pashupatinath Temple in each SHIVARATRI, one of the greatest festivals of Hindu Pilgrimages. 

 

Day 03: Drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu, alternatively, you can fly to Pokhara. Overnight.
If you are driving from Kathmandu to Pokhara, on this hindu pilgrimage tour, you will be passing through a series of wonderful views. The mountains, green hills, rivers, trade centers, landscapes, lakes, curvy road makes it worth driver through this way. Upon arrival in Pokhara, check in the hotel and free time to visit at you own. IF you are taking flight, this flight tour will be 20 minutes, and you will see the beautiful mountain views of Annapurna Range, if the weather is clear. 

 

Day 04: Fly Pokhara to Jomsom, further, drive to the holy temple of Muktinath. Overnight in Muktinath.
Muktinath Temple is a great Hindu pilgrimage tour venue dedicated to Lord Bishnu whereas the temple is important shrine for both Hindus and Buddhists. The Pilgrimage travel equally gives a romance of being in the other border of the Himalayas while exploring the local ethnic groups with their unique culture, religion and lifestyle.

 

Day 05: Worship in the Muktinath Temple, visit around the places, drive back to Jomsom. Overnight.
You are ratracing the way back to Jomsom on this day. 

 

Day 06: Fly back to Pokhara for a connection drive / fly to Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu.
You are retracing the way back to Kathmandu on this day.

 

Day 07: Free time in the morning, drive to the airport for onward flight to your other destination.
